Job Description:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience with minimum 6 years in Testing
- Minimum 4 years in software testing leadership roles including test/Project Management
- 2+ years of experience in managing automated testing using tools (Quality Centre, QTP, Rational, Winrunner, Loadrunner etc..)
- Experience of working on systems that are developed and used globally.
- Track record of strong performance and career growth
- Prior experience in growing new teams
- Excellent spoken, written communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Awareness of international business practices and culture
- Good exposure to banking, cash management, payments
- Exposure to vendor management
- Broad testing exposure – test estimations, test types – functional, Manual, automated, security, load etc.
- Experience of the full software development lifecycle
