Job Description :

• Should have an experience in leading the team.
• Good communication skill
• Should have a knowledge on Agile testing
• Should know Test management process and methodology
• Should be able to do estimation based on the customer requirement
• Should be able to provide approach to testing activities
• Should be able to do review and approve testing scope
• Ensure adherence to quality process
• Should be able to do team structuring and resource loading
• Experience of handling a Regression team

Senior Tester:
Job Description:

• Good communication skill
• Should know Test management process and methodology
• Should be able to coordinate the work with other team member
• Experience in understanding requirements documentations such as (Use case Based, Functional Flow diagrams & Requirements specifications)
• Experience in converting the requirements in to Test Cases and reviewing the same
• Should be able to design high level test scenario
• Test Execution and reporting
• Should be able to handle review calls and meetings
• Experience in working for regression related project
• Should have a knowledge on Agile testing

Junior Tester:
Job Description :

• Good communication skill
• Should know Test management process and methodology
• Experience is designing test cases
• Test Execution and reporting
• Logging and updating defects
• Request clarification
• Should have a knowledge on Agile testing

Notice Period: 15 Days

Experience:2 - 7 yrs
