Job Description:
- Understand Product / Application features / requirements and define Test Strategy, Test Plan and business scenarios.
- Design business scenarios and transactions for Automation/Performance testing.
- Create Automation / Performance benchmarking framework and design for automation.
- Develop and review flows for creating automation scripts as per approved business scenarios.
- Develop and review automation scripts as per automation flow.
- Mentor and train other team members in automation techniques and tools, scripting languages and script development.
- Conduct peer reviews for scripts created by others.
- Setup test data for performance testing.
- Setup runs as per requirement for performance, stress or stability testing.
- Analyze Results from the run and prepare scorecards.
- Analyze potential performance issues provide analysis Report.
