Job Description:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering
- A hand on experience on Rational Performance Tester is preferred.
- Knowledge on any other tool like HP Load runner or any open source tool will be an added advantage
- Understand Product / Application features / requirements and define Test Strategy, Test Plan and business scenarios
- Strong in providing various approaches and solutions to the complex applications
- Good experience in performance monitoring, analysis, bottleneck identification
- Strong knowledge in windows and UNIX operating system
- General understanding of application systems and network elements
- General understanding on cloud computing and cloud based load test tools
- Good understanding on Capacity planning
- Mentor and train other team members in automation techniques and tools, scripting languages and script development
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
