Job Description:

• B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
• 3-4 yrs or more years of relevant experience.
• Should have executed a complete sdlc Project.
• Proficient understanding testing methodologies & Break Fix process.
• Good experience working in Web based / portal applications (experience in batch testing & web service testing using SOAP UI is desirable) • Knowledge of different kind of Testing - Performance, Smoke, blackbox/white box, etc.
• Should have worked on operating systems — UNIX and Windows.
• Should also possess good knowledge of Database (oracle / SQL Server) and SQL.
• Good knowledge in Application of techniques, use of testing tools, development and implementation of testing plans.
• Good knowledge of Testing tools like Test Director/Quality Centre or TeamTrack.
• Exposure of Automated Testing tools preferably QTP.
• Should posses good experience in identification, writing, execution of Test scripts and Test cases.
• Solid knowledge of Integration testing and coordination with supporting systems.
• Works independently most of the time. Raises appropriate questions, identified patterns, and issues to manager.
• Strong concentration and focus under challenging conditions.
• Ability to be persuasive and tactful.
• Ability to effectively multi - task several jobs.
• Excellent written and verbal skills -Detail oriented.
